The most precious and important week of my life. Beyond all words, beyond all descriptions, beyond what we call “experiences.” The space held by Av and Avah was a space of deep realization and luminous ascension. So much love, so much laughter, so much kindness, so much wisdom, so much humility, so much clarity, so much oneness. And yet I miss none of it — because it continues to blossom and unfold deep within my heart. Namaste 🙏

I feel truly blessed to have been in Av’s and his family’s presence for 7 days in a row!

I had waited so long to meet him in person and it seemed surreal to be there with him.  Even more so that he was so approachable, loving, kind & compassionate with each and every one of us. Frankly, it was the best week of my life.

Participating in the retreat was for me the perfect fuel to my nonduality journey. Meeting Av and his family in person, as well as so many likeminded people, and firsthand witnessing the magic of the transmissions in myself and others, my motivation soared even higher and now I am all in. The setting was amazing as well. Much love.

My heart remains in deep gratitude for being able to be at the in-person Retreat in Portugal. It was, and continues, to be the answer to a prayer to study with an enlightened master.

The inductions and shepherding into the realms of ever deepening states of consciousness that you were able to navigate and hold, for us all, is a brilliant star that shines clear and consummate.

Each and everyday we have been grateful for the gift, and reflect with astonishment, that we did travel to Portugal to meet our Teacher.

We were bathed in acceptance, wisdom, truth and love. How can one fall in love with [a whole group of] strangers in a week? When a Liberated Being shows that nothing and nobody is outside of love.

The retreat was exceptional. Av is a truly living embodiment of a non-dual teacher. Not only are his explanations on point, but his transmissions are clearly feelable. He makes meditation a graspable experience. Although being an established form of pure awareness Av is still accessible to all the participants. He is not willing to play the old game of a guru but puts in all his effort in helping others in the process of waking up and realising who you are beyond your identity. The group and retreat place were also one of a kind. So I highly recommend his teachings and his offerings if you want to take the road to liberation.

The retreat was beyond words. The meditations and the satsangs brought me to a much deeper level of I am. The awe and wonder is still with me and getting stronger each day. Av and his family are truly a blessing to me. These words I write do not and can not describe the love I received and shared. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am grateful to scatter the seeds of a new consciousness that will change the world.

I feel very lucky to have been able to attend the retreat. It felt like bathing in a pool of love. It was great to see Av’s perfect demeanor and compassion, as well as other attendees’ breakthroughs through several non-dual stages.

It was a privilege to be part of this retreat which was so thoughtfully put together. That which needed to be expressed in words was expressed in words. That which needed silence was expressed in silence. Thank you.

This body-mind always suspected that it is not from here… only to discover that it is from nowhere at all. Light with no beginning or end…

A powerful Silence was the faithful companion of beautiful tears and joyful laughter. The Absolute dissolves us all and yet we appear to be this magnificent Presence.

I saw, felt and lived at our true HOME in everybody’s eyes.

The words in last chapter of Av’s Liberation Gita about the sacred and the ordinary being seen as one took flesh and blood through the bread and croissants that were shared during this Gathering in Truth. Eternal gratitude.

The easy flow of presence, loving community and luminous Grace filled this retreat.

Heavenly meals, deep contemplation, harmonious schedules, play, laughter, wonder allowed for integration, activity, stillness, beingness, and growth.

One of the deepest gifts was the feeling of being a part of a whole Family because the group was a full range of ages, genders, nationalities, understandings and relationships.

This unique and special retreat is the harmony of the Now and Forever.

Words can’t express the radiant love which was shared throughout the whole retreat. I’m so grateful for this experience.

Av and his beautiful [family] are a precious gift in this world. They show us by example in their humble way of teaching what is already deeply engrained in us.

During the retreat I felt held by the unconditional love of the group as ONE being so that I was able to let go and fully surrender.

I had an out of body experience in Nirvana. The personhood of Kerstin had completely dissolved. There was no mind and no body.

Av, Avah and the group held me safely and guided me back so that I can embody IAM on this earth.

I will always remember that this retreat truly brought me back to life.

Although I tend to approach spirituality from a more philosophical angle, this retreat gave me a first-hand sense that awakening is something real and tangible.

Thank you so much for the wonderful retreat. I really enjoyed the serenity and quiet, and I’m very grateful to have met so many lovely people—some of whom I hope will become friends for life.

I’m still basking in the essence of the I am. The out flowing and in flowing of love was incredible. I’ve never experienced anything like that. The teaching by Av resonated on a cellular level. My heart continues to melt. It was a joy talking, watching and sharing with all participants. Thank you Av and his family for your care and kindness. Words don’t express the beauty of being present.

The retreat has deeply touched my heart. Experiencing Av’s and his family’s presence was a blessing, an encounter with unconditional love and Truth. The diverse community felt like a big family, and the safety created in the shared space allowed for deep and vulnerable experiences to emerge. While words can’t really do this experience justice, I can highly recommend any event with Av, be it a retreat, online satsang, etc., to every sincere Truth seeker. It was a week I will never forget, and its fragrance carries on with me into everyday life.

My session with Av was so loving and deeply connecting. His presence feels so genuine and pure – I feel a different energy flowing through my body after the session, love is flowing more freely. I can’t recommend it enough, having had many negative experiences with mentors, it’s really a gift to find someone like Av.

I went to the park with my dog after [my session with Av Neryah], and it was as clear as the sun and sky.  It is intimate, it is indescribable, it is unquestionable.  It is not a parade or a symphony.  My crown chakra is tingling nonstop.  I am awake and alert and connected to the granular details of my life, yet I experience interconnectedness.  Everything shares being-ness. And I have known this feeling before.  I’ve known it a lot recently and I’ve known it anciently.  [Av Neryah’s] words to me and [his] energetic transmission put the last pieces in place. Everything is different and nothing is different.

However long this lasts, I know this is certain and true, and I will never un-know it.

“Blessings” doesn’t begin to share my gratitude ….

I’ve been impressed right from the first book, absolutely enthralled by the book Liberation and when mentorship manifested… words could not express the inspiration I felt.

In fact, in just one session a whole new perspective was revealed that was actually there all the time. For so long I have been “doing” the meditation ‘tools’ that I never gave much attention or appreciation for letting it all settle in and allow myself to just ‘Be’.

Av points out the obvious that I had read before and actually applied, but without placing any importance on… just ‘being’. I always felt that the hard core, focused determination of deep meditation was where the end game began and ended, leading to the Ultimate… but, with his guidance, the subtle insights reveal a profound direction. Now, I have new inspiration to take that perspective I had taken for granted, to now to let it live in each ever-present moment from here on out.

So, looking forward to each moment, even the challenging moments I now consider practice. It’s now the practice of living love, compassion, joy.

And don’t be thinking that these wise wisdoms need to come from an ancient old sage. Know that greatness is achieved while the inspiration of youth still buds.

I recently had the privilege of meeting with Av over zoom. His presence, insight and energetic transmission helped me to go deeper within myself. I am blessed to have gotten to spend time with such a great being. I look forward to continuing my work with him and going deeper on my spiritual path.

As a result of our session, there is a greater sense of presence and bliss emanating from my inner most being.

The session was invaluable. Each word I heard from him shook me to the core of my being. I sincerely feel that an inner door was opened, and a fragrance has remained since that session. It was definitely remarkable. I cannot express in words all the gratitude I feel. Thank you!

I had a wonderful session with Av. I wanted to discuss the basics of my journey and get feedback from Av’s perspective. After our call, I finished the rest of the autobiography and was amazed at the recognition of what he wrote and that it is where I’m headed. The path that led me here is no accident.

From the moment I connected with Av, I felt an instant sense of warmth and trust. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of insight and clarity I experienced during our session. I recently had a beautiful session with Av, my first time meeting him. On one level, there is no pretense or persona—he’s pretty down-to-earth. He helped me to see some things in my character that were holding me back, but presented them with such love that I melted.

The session was beautiful and inspiring.

My session with Av Neryah was truly liberating, as he helped me release a blockage in my thought process that I’ve carried for many years. His calm demeanour and wisdom also provided clarity on a number of topics which have allowed me to progress in my meditations.

I highly recommend Av Neryah’s guidance. I have had meetings with Av and I have felt Anada (bliss) in the heart when I placed my attention in that area. After our first meeting it lasted several days. He answers my questions with great wisdom, he is a great emanation of love, and he is very inspiring.

I enjoyed the session and got a lot out of it. I feel quite good and confident that I can get a lot out of [my] sessions [with Av Neryah]. [His] pointers are clear and direct, exactly what I need.

I had a session with Av and can not deny witnessing the absolute, including the manner in which his offered thoughts seemed pulled out of my highest mind, his critique struck to my heart, and the ethereal glow emanating from him was palpable and confounding.

Most grateful for Av Neryah’s online gatherings on Zoom. I have now witnessed his beautiful, surreal Light, which shines through him, and inspires so many! Sharing with you these moments of bliss was wonderful!

I wasn’t sure what to expect on our first call as I’ve never reached out before, but I am so happy that I did. Av gave me clarity on what I have felt my heart calling to. Even writing this and recalling our call gives me a great sense of tranquility. What a blessing these calls are.

This book is unlike anything else I’ve ever read in four decades of spiritual, philosophical, and even non-duality reading. A true work of literary art.

The book is by someone who has definitely achieved the highest in terms of divinity. Reading the book itself for 30 minutes can lead to high energy experiences. Gratitude to the author for sharing his experience.

Trying to avoid my own predilection, biases, and subjectivity, I have to give this book and the series which come from the same author, my absolute highest recommendation. 50 + years of TM and 20+ years of advanced practice are all of a sudden so nicely enhanced and enlivened by the insight and broadly, yet detailed, gems shared by this all to humble author. The results from my very short exposure to the treasures shared in this series exceed my ability to describe them.

Reading this book is more than a physical and intellectual activity. Its words are mere signposts pointing toward the ultimate. If you allow yourself to be open, reading this book is a deep meditation, allowing oneself to soften and see/sense/feel the beyond, and spy a hint of the fragrance that exists beyond experience and existence. A beautiful gem of truth that I am thankful to have encountered.

A concise transmission of the highest teachings of nondual wisdom presented in clear, modern language.

This is a great book. One feels in every sentence, that the author has achieved that state that the mind cannot grasp, and that is called enlightenment by some. At the first reading, about 2 years ago, it was almost too much for me. At the second reading, I found it very valuable. Highly recommended!

For me this book will be my companion for the rest of my life it is a book full of love and optimism.

What an AMAZING book! Savored it in one sitting, but love returning to it, to be sliced into smitherines!!! This powerful little book proves how words can be the sharpest of swords. Slicing effortlessly, right through self/ego identification. For those of you who are more Spiritually Mature, you will be BEYOND grateful for the exquisite sharpness of the swords contained in this book.

A master work on self transcendence.

I must admit that in all of the spiritual literature that I’ve read over the past 3+ decades, I’m not used to reading books written by spiritual masters who actually understood what they did to achieve enlightenment. I’m not used to them delineating steps and specific processes along the way in useful embodied terms that I could understand.

Have found this book to be a brilliant “unable to put it down” kind of book. Every page for me has been a confirmation. Excellent.

This is the greatest book I have ever read in my search for spirituality. It shall definitely going to be the bible for me. I love it.

This book is a real gem. There are some books where you just connect through the authors energy imprint and this is one of those books/authors.

I have read a lot of these kinds of books, best of the best in my opinion. The whole series is a treasure trove. Excellent.
