Fixing Payment Errors

The most common issue for a payment error is that your bank is blocking the payment for security reasons, particularly if you are making the payment from outside Europe via debit or credit card.

The first way to resolve this issue is to try to conclude the payment with another debit/card card.

If that doesn’t work, you can try to finalize the transaction via PayPal.

If you do not wish to use Paypal, we recommend contacting your bank directly. Reach out to them to inquire why the payment is being declined and ask for assistance in enabling the payment to go through. When contacting your bank, please inform them that you are making an online purchase on a European website and request them to remove any security prevention blocks on your card specifically for this situation.

Alternatively, you can attempt to purchase directly in USD here while also providing your billing address, which improves the probability of success if you are from the USA. Please, choose your Mentorship Package by clicking on one of the following buttons and check if the transaction goes through successfully. If the transaction is successful, we will manually create a Certificate code and send it to you via email as soon as possible (always under 24h, usually within 1 hour), which you can use to book your sessions.
